Get a RUNNING Start Going into 2013
THIS is the time of the year when most people’s diet and fitness falls off a cliff.
But not you, no way.
You’re better than that.
You’re better than that.
Now let’s talk about your health, fitness and physique.
Here are 4 tips to help you traverse through the holidays and get a running start going into 2013.
Tip 1: Schedule NOW.
Schedule all your workouts for the rest of the year into your calendar now. Make them non-negotiable. They are unmovable VIP meetings (you ARE a VIP!).

Tip 2: Eat NOW.
Eat before you go to the party. Jim Rohn taught me this many years ago. The objective is to socialize anyway. That’s harder to do with ham hanging out of your mouth. It’s easier to control your food choices on your own. Don’t be subject to someone else’s group serving food choices. There’s a 99% chance it won’t be health food and 100% chance you will eat it if you are hungry.

Tip 3: Drink NOW.
Drink tons of water—even more than normal. There are tons of reasons, just trust me on this. Get a big water bottle. Keep it with you all December and make a goal to fill and drain it 3-4 times per day.

Tip 4: Remove NOW.
Remove all the tempting treats, cookies, candies and other evil foods from your eyesight. Don’t set it out because it’s pretty or festive. It’s demonic to your willpower. You will lose. The best way to win is to not play.

Do the opposite of what most people do and you will get the opposite result: success.
Happy and healthy holidays!
